In short, Kakitsubata is terrible. She's a powerful vampire, shifting from body to body, so she can hold claim to the throne of Imperial Japan. Moreover, she's rather shameless about it. Her original form was a woman by the name of "Higanbana," keeping a harem of women as a pool she selects her host bodies from. Being a part of her harem is considered an 'honor', as she's more than prepared to make a show of it. Specifically when it comes to the selection of her next vessel, parading around her new 'successor.'
